Mont Saint Bruno – Seigneurial Bicycle Trail

Mont-Saint Bruno offers lake views, green outdoor space, hiking and bicycle trails, apple picking (in season) while being close to Montreal. We tried the Seigneurial bicycle trail, a 7km loop path along the lake. Although indicated easy on the guide, the trail was a bit challenging for our 7 years old, as it goes up and down, consider hiking as an alternative if you have an all-terrain stroller. We cycled it and ended our fun day at the small orchard for apple picking. Mont Saint-Bruno is open all-year-round for summer and winter activities, including ski, cross country, and fat bike trails.

The loop trail starts near the parking area and a third of the trail is a path that leads to the lake.

We followed the signs for the Seigneurial trail (sentier):

The Old Mill Tea Room (point C on the map) is located near the entry point to circle the Seigneurial lake. It offers a cafe and pastry break. We cycled anti-clockwise along the lake.

A quick stop along the trail has views to Lac du Moulin:

The lake is only visible at a few points, this is a viewpoint on the lake with some info about the area.

After completing the loop trail, we went for a quick apple picking. Do not have high expectations about this orchid, it is small but does the job.
